INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS
Individual memberships are available for $15 per person.
AGENCY GROUP MEMBERSHIP
Agency supporting members may elect one representative from the agency, corporation or association who may act as a spokesperson, and who may attend and participate in, the corporation's annual meeting, except that they may not vote for board members. Dues shall be paid annually at or before the corporation's annual meeting. Dues for agency supporting members shall be assessed as follows:

| 6-10 | $ 50.00 |
| 11-25 | $ 75.00 |
| 26-50 | $100.00 |
| 51-100 | $150.00 |
| 101-499 | $200.00 |
| 500 plus | $500.00 |
Simply send it your agency dues with a letter listing the First and Last Name of each agency members to:
