Four person scramble. Maximum 72 entries accepted.

Tournament held rain or shine.

ENTRY FEE:  $1000.00 hole sponsor & $125.00 per person.

Includes 18 holes golf, cart, breakfast, lunch and prizes.

Meals served at the golf course.

Breakfast starts at 0600.

Deadline for registration: May 12, 2005
