LEMA HONOR GUARD CAMP Camp Ripley, MN
Every year, law enforcement honor guards from Minnesota and neighboring states come to the Minnesota Army National Guard training center at Camp Ripley, MN to train and practice military drill and ceremony. Officers learn how to post and present colors, fire ceremonial salutes with rifle, handgun, and shotgun, and how to stand ceremonial guard duty. In addition, attendees learn how to plan and organize funerals and ceremonies. LEMA Honor Guard Camp is the first such training camp in the US.
Training camp starts on Sunday, September 16, 2012 till Thursday, September 20, 2012
Cost is $375.00 per person for registrations prior to August 20, 2012. After August 20, 2012, the fee will be $450.00. A $10.00 surcharge will be added for a last minute request for bed linens

Tuition includes lodging, meals, resource materials, and some utility uniform items. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or purchase order. Previous Camps have been approved for 36 hours of CEU.
