LEMA HONOR GUARD CAMP Camp Ripley, MN

2013 LEMA Honor Guard Camp registration is open.
Camp is scheduled for Sunday, September 15th – Thursday, September 19th.

Every year, law enforcement honor guards from Minnesota and neighboring states come to the Minnesota Army National Guard training center at Camp Ripley, MN to train and practice military drill and ceremony. Officers learn how to post and present colors, fire ceremonial salutes with rifle, handgun, and shotgun, and how to stand ceremonial guard duty. In addition, attendees learn how to plan and organize funerals and ceremonies. LEMA Honor Guard Camp is the first such training camp in the US.

Training camp starts on Sunday, September 15, 2013 till Thursday, September 19, 2013

Cost is $395.00 per person for registrations prior to August 19, 2013. After August 19, 2013, the fee will be $450.00. A $10.00 surcharge will be added for a last minute request for bed linens

Tuition includes lodging, meals, resource materials, and some utility uniform items. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or purchase order. Minnesota POST Board approved for 36 hours of CEU.
